Procedural work for a non-binary

hey so I was wondering if you guys know anything about top surgeries. I've been thinking about getting one, but I don't plan on taking any measures towards a particularly masculine body. (obviously) I was born female, and have no desire to change my general structure, I just want the breasts removed. Do you know if that requires hormones or any additional necessities, aside from just the actual surgery?
