Here's a list of online resources to make and spend money discreetly for items such as binders, packers, bras, etc.
First off, if you share a debit/credit card account and you're a dependent, get a Paypal account. It allows you to load money on the Paypal, and then spend it, meaning the transaction from the store itself won't show up on your debit/credit card statement. More and more websites are accepting Paypal.
Most binder websites ship discreetly, such as GC2B and Underworks, which works to your advantage. I'm not familiar with trans women's needs in this regard, so if someone wants to comment with their experience, it's more than welcome.
