I will keep this short. I live in nh and just got a job at McDonald's. Would it be safe to come out to my boss and expect they use my preferred name and allow me to use my preferred bathroom? I have only worked 2 shifts and I don't know if I should do this sooner or later. If I were to come out to my boss how should I do so?

You should probably do it sooner rather than later if you haven't already. It's just going to be a lot easier for you. Maybe just tell your boss what name to use and ask if you can use the right bathroom. I wouldn't over complicate things.
