Hi, I'm Ray! I'm twenty-two years old. I'm from Kentucky, but living near Toronto as I immigrate, and I am married to a disabled bi Canadian teddy bear accountant. The majority of my background is heavily (and ineffectually) closeted and I started coming out or, for other things, coming to terms around age 19.
I tend to play video games that have some action but aren't super fast-paced, cook a lot, toy around with fixing computers, and marathon-read. If I have the focus, I'll marathon TV series and movies; lately the only thing I've been keeping up with is Steven Universe.
I like plants, I like cats, I like bright and colorful clothes. In general I like bright and colorful things.
From a very young age I was put in situations where I needed to alternately parent-hen or parent-bear others. I'm very awkward in this capacity, and heck knows I'm terrible with math homework, but if you need affirmation, or if you need help and I'm capable of giving it or know someone else who is, I'll do my best. Feel free to use me as a research resource if you have trouble with large walls of text and need it condensed into bullet points. Also feel free to tell me to buzz off if I'm being overbearing.
General info that might be useful/relevant:
--Some kind of weird poly bipan menace, gray-ace; current poly relationship is a closed trio
--Genderweird and dysphoric, femme NOS afab androgyne who doesn't feel 100% removed or 100% with womanhood as an identity, may potentially pursue hrt in future if it is viable health-wise, and in far future no-implant centurion-type metoidoplasty if accessible (no top surgery)
--To my knowledge non-intersex (it was under question at more than one point)
--Disgaybled crip punk (autistic+adhd, gad with ocd features + bipolar and ptsd, ed-nos recovery, various chronic physical illnesses, majority formally diagnosed which can be a good reference point for people who are struggling and questioning their own ability and want to ask the pros/cons of the labeled diagnosis and treatment process + what it's like)
--Abuse, csa, and cult survivor-- cult being of the conservative christian apocalypse-is-nigh type
--Mizrahi Jewish, white-passing (jewish parent was not), was not raised with outright jewish culture nor judaism as a religion (not uncommon, especially in areas that are very violent against jewish people and with direct relative pogrom-survivor immigrants)
So, uhh, tldr-- hi!
