So I ID as demi because I rarely feel sexual attraction, and only feel it towards people I have a strong romantic or platonic bond with. But I'm also incapable of enjoying sexual activity with someone I haven't experienced that attraction too. Like, at all. I could be dating someone for weeks but until we have that connection, or if we don't end up with it at all, I just don't respond physically. Like my brain could be all "he's cute, you like him, let him kiss you" but to my body it's contact as nonsexual as a handshake. Which I find really odd because it's very frustrating when mentally, I'm "in the zone" but my body won't cooperate.
I was just wondering if any other acespec people have experienced this, or if there's a special name for it?

I haven't experienced that, but it's not uncommon to not want to interact sexually with someone if your not sexually attracted to them. Being demi doesn't change the fact that you may simply not want to be intimate with someone unless you're attracted to them in that way. I imagine many people feel the same way, no matter their sexuality.

I've heard other demi people experience similar things, so you're definitely not alone. If I recall correctly, that's a pretty common thing that demi people can experience.
