Now that queer culture has been normalized (to a certain extent) what does that mean for the future of LGBT+ groups?
I feel that queer communities will continue to exist, but nowhere near to the extent that they used to. Rights for lesbians and gays are expanding rapidly in the West. Although things are nowhere near perfect, as the concept of being "nonhet" becomes more and more accepted by the majority, people who identify as gay or lesbian will be more accepted by the mainstream.
As for the rest of the alphabet - I'm not so sure. I'm hoping transgender people eventually find that same level of acceptance, along with other marginalized groups (such as asexual, bisexual, etc. individuals). I wanted to know what the rest of you thought.

I think it will happen, I can't even begin to guess when but eventually we should reach equality. Honestly I think our movement will expand out to other countries.
