Alright, so I absolutely hate when I get tumblr "chain mail" in my ask box, but personally, I actually like the compliment version of it so I decided to make a thread on it. So the point of this thread is to list 5 things you love about yourself, and then give 2 compliments to the person above you. I'll go ahead and start this off I guess  1) My face, because no matter what I do to it, that doesn't change the fact that its shape is literally perfect and looks good with anything. 2) My hair, because even after a straightening treatment and cutting it extremely short, it still manages to look wonderful in a mirror. 3) My personality, because no matter what, nothing can change the fact that I love to make people smile, and that really makes my day right there. 4) My body, because even though I had a little chub, I still love what I look like and am confident about it. 5) My eyeliner/eyebrow game, because wow, they're literally perfect! And since there's no one above me, I'm just going to give 2 compliments to Misfit Reindeer, because you're literally the best. - Your profile picture is so adorable and I just love it so much!
- You're always on the forums to help the LGBTQ+ community, and it makes me extremely happy to know there's people like you who enjoy to lend a hand!

And I think this is a technique they use in therapy for recovery, it's totally legit, my partner makes me do it sometimes when I'm having a depressive episode.

1. my eyes are really pretty 2. i'm pretty good at cooking 3. i'm intelligent no matter how many times i tell myself otherwise 4. i try my best to be friendly to everyone until they give me a reason not to be, and that makes the world a little less ugly 5. i'm not very experienced in a lot of the makeup department but i'm pretty dang good at winged eyeliner 1. your hair is so cool i love it 2. you're such a pleasant presence on here. every time i see your icon i know you've said something helpful and nice  |
