hey guys!! i have been on a diet to help myself physically look more feminine for quite some time now!! however, a problem i seem to always run into is snacking. do you guys have any healthy snacks you could recommend? thank you guys bunches!! uvu

i like munching on baby spinach leaves and drinking a lot of tea. green tea is great because it gives your metabolism a little boost and it can be filling. grapes are nice too. really any bite-sized fruit or veggie!

Drinking water and moderate exercise will do you a lot more good than eating healthier if you're trying to get healthier, weirdly enough. Also, sometimes we feel hungry when in all reality we're actually thirsty, so lots of water really does help!

Frozen grapes are really, really nice, too. It makes them taste a lot more sugary.

oh i just remembered something my sister made a few months ago! it's garlic-roasted kale and it's a great substitute for snacks like popcorn or chips. i'll throw the recipe link below and a tip for making this is put it in for a little less than it says or just keep watching it because it burns really easily. but other than that it's delicious 10/10 would munch again. enjoy! www.myrecipes.com/m/recipe/garlic-roasted-kale

My favourite things to snack on are Carrots and Hummus, or other raw veggies with hummus in general - though black bean brownies, nori or the like are also common snack items for my wife and I.

tbh I try on purpose to eat more fatty snacks because I'm trying to gain weight but when I want something more healthy I immediately go for apples.

yeah, apples are nice. i usually have some lying around. i really like cuties too, and they're easy to take with you on the go.
